This policy explains what information ClaimYears ("we") collects when you use claimyears.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Assessment answers — your responses to the wellness questions (sleep, energy, stress, movement, diet, hydration, goals). These are used to calculate your results and generate your plan.
- Email address — collected at checkout, used to deliver your plan link and payment receipt.
- Face photo — if you complete the facial analysis step, your photo is uploaded to and stored on our servers so it can be shown on your personal plan page. It is used only for your personal analysis and plan.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number.
Your face photo
If you choose to use the facial analysis step, your photo is transmitted over a secure, encrypted connection and stored on our servers (hosted in the United States by Railway) so we can display it on your personal plan page. It is used only for your personal analysis and plan — it is never sold and never shared with third parties, except the hosting provider that stores it on our behalf. Skipping this step does not prevent you from completing the assessment. To have your photo deleted, contact us at

How we use your information
- To calculate your Biological Age estimate and generate your personalized plan.
- To deliver your plan by email and let you re-request your plan link.
- To process payments and refunds.
- To respond to support requests.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers
- Stripe — payment processing (Stripe privacy policy).
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Railway — application hosting and database (United States).
Data retention
Order records (email, answers, results, plan) are retained so your plan link keeps working. You can request deletion at any time (see below); deleting your record will disable your plan link.
Cookies and tracking
The assessment itself stores nothing in your browser — no cookies, no local storage — and each visit starts fresh. If we run advertising campaigns, ad platforms may use their own cookies on landing pages governed by their policies.
Your choices
- Access or deletion — email us and we will provide or delete the data linked to your purchase email.
- Email — we only send transactional email (your plan link, receipts, support replies). There is no marketing list to unsubscribe from.
Children
The Service is for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy; the date above reflects the latest version.
